Oven With Self-Cleaning Technology

The AEG 60cm Black Gas Electric Cooker has a Catalytic Cleaning feature, that uses self-cleaning technology to remove cooking residue that accumulates in the oven cavity. This self-cleaning technology automatically activates when the temperature reaches 250°C, and it will remove dirt and grease that builds up in the oven. There is no scrubbing required, after the Catalytic Cleaning feature you can simply clean the oven cavity with a wet soft cloth.

Multifunction Oven:

With up to 6 functions to make use of, you are provided with optimum cooking versatility. The 6 functions are:

• Conventional cooking for baking and roasting food on one shelf position
• Bottom heat which allows you to make cakes with a crispy bottom
• Light cooking for baking in tins and dry on one shelf level at low temperature
• Grilling which allows you to grill flat food and toast bread
• True fan cooking which is ideal for baking on up to two shelf positions at the same time
• Defrost function, which can be used for defrosting frozen food like fruits and vegetables.
