While you are setting your dinner table, you can rest assured that your food will be kept warm. At the end of the cooking time, your food will automatically be kept warm for up to 15 minutes, without compromising on flavour.
Before the end of the cooking process, the door of the Miele 40L Built-in Steam Oven will be slightly opened, so that steam can escape. By doing so, there will be a smaller amount of steam that will come out of the oven when you want to remove your food.
