Adjustable Base

Designed for comfort, the Sealy Accord Single Motion Base Extra Length is perfect for the ideal night's rest, lounging and relaxation. It's made from upscale charcoal upholstery fabric, which offers more quality. This posturematic adjustable power base, which just a press of a button, allows you to adjust the position and angle. The upper body can incline up to 65° and the lower body up to 35°. The head and foot can adjust and there is an option for motorized neck tilt.

Safety Features

There are 4 different state features, namely:

• Zero Pull force: Will ensure that no unsafe pressure or pinching occurs while the base is moving.
• Pinch Free zones: Designed to avoid creating pinch points, protecting fingers or other objects that might be near the moving parts when the bed is adjusted.
• Emergency power down: When a power outage occurs, this switch will allow the bed to be returned to a flat position safely.
• Power protection: This is an integrated protection feature that helps guard the system against power surges.

When moving the adjustable power foundation, it's recommended that 2 people are needed to avoid dragging on the surface, which can cause components to break. Avoid sitting on the foot of the bed as this will put extra pressure on the motor and the excess weight may cause motor failure.
