Delivery Policy for Next-Day Delivery Service
- This service is limited to the Western Cape up to a maximum of 30km radius from any one of our stores based in the Western Cape and is limited to certain products as advertised from time to time.
- In order for us to schedule your next-day delivery service your order should be received by no later than 9 am on the day of delivery.
- Payment for your order must be received in full before the 9 am deadline on the day of delivery. *Please note EFT payments usually take additional time to clear depending on your bank, therefore direct deposit with immediate clearance or the Payfast option is preferred.
- Delivery will be confirmed by the allocated salesperson and will depend on stock availability, delivery area, and weather conditions.
- All deliveries will be carried out according to the company’s following standards and procedures via our approved 3rd party vendor:
Customer item/s will be delivered to their home or the alternative address provided.
The customer or its nominee must inspect the goods before taking delivery and will provide us with a signature of “GOODS TO BE FOUND IN ACCEPTABLE ORDER” where we will not be held liable for any discrepancies or damages.
Any unorthodox delivery arrangements (e.g. goods to be lifted over walls, delivery to the 10th floor of an apartment block) must be mentioned and approved prior to the delivery.
We will call the customer at the primary phone number listed on the delivery note on the day of delivery to confirm a one-hour delivery-time window; ensure to supply an alternative number to eliminate any inconvenience.
