The AMT 28cm glass lid has a slow-release steam vent and is made with tempered safety glass and is heat resistant up to 240°C. With the optional steam release vent, it doubles as a prevention for overflow and misting of the lid so you can monitor your food whilst it's cooking. Will fit all corresponding pots and pans.
