VERSATILE AND PRACTICAL USE
The AMT 28cm Square Grill Pan is one of the most practical and versatile pans in your cookware arsenal as it can be used to grill juicy steaks, burgers, chicken or seafood and even your vegetables can be cooked in the pan. Grill pans differ from other frying pans due to raised grill lines of about 0.5cm high and 2cm apart, allowing juices from the food to drip down. Like other AMT pots and pans, the AMT 28cm Square Grill Pan is made of a heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium pan and has a non-stick coating that is heat resistant up to 240 °C. The handle is heat resistant up to 150 °C. For the best cooking experience and even heat distribution, the non-stick coating is PFOA free. In addition, the pan has efficient heat conduction which allows for the cookware to reach the desired temperature quickly while still preserving the nutrients and flavours of your food.
PATENTED TECHNOLOGY
All AMT pots and pans are layered with Lotan® coating which makes the pots and pans more hygienic and easier to clean due to their antibacterial properties. Additionally, the coating is hard and ultra-resistant and coated with plasma, which prolongs the life of your cookware.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For longer use and to maintain the non-stick surface of the pan use non-scratch utensils only. Additionally, clean the pan with warm water and a mild detergent before using the pan. When you are done cooking and cleaning the pan, dry the pan thoroughly wipe the interior lightly with sunflower oil, and remove any excess oil with a dry paper towel before storing the pan.
DISHWASHER USE
This AMT 28cm Square Grill Pan is dishwasher safe, however, please note that the bottom will turn black in the dishwasher as it is aluminium. This, however, has no influence on the cooking results but please use kitchen paper towels (not cloth) to dry the base as it will leave a black stain on the cloth. The pan is also safe to use in the oven.
