The AMT 32cm Wok is a high-quality, heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium pan made with the best materials to give you the user a superior cooking experience. A non-stick coating layer made with AMT's self-developed Lotan® coating has antibacterial properties and makes cleaning cookware easier. In addition, the coating is 100% PFOA-free.
The AMT 32cm wok has 2 handles for ease of use and is heat resistant up to 240 °C which adds to your safer cooking experience.
For longer use and to maintain the non-stick surface of the wok use non-scratch utensils only. Additionally, before using the wok clean the wok with warm water and a mild detergent. When you are done cooking and cleaning the wok, dry the wok thoroughly wipe the interior lightly with sunflower oil, and remove any excess oil with a dry paper towel before storing the wok.
This AMT 32cm Wok is dishwasher safe, however, please note that the bottom will turn black in the dishwasher as it is aluminium. This, however, has no influence on the cooking results but please use kitchen paper towels (not cloth) to dry the base as it will leave a black stain on the cloth.
