Pressed Aluminium ensures even distribution of heat when cooking. The Legend Crepe Pan has a heat resistant lacquer exterior coating and is induction friendly. Bakelite handle is designed to ensure electrical non-conductivity and heat resistance.
For easy cleanup, the Legend My Pan 26cm Non-Stick Crepe Pan has PFOA free 2 layer non-stick coating. Not recommended to put the dishwasher. When handwashing, avoid using abrasive materials for a longer lasting smooth feel and look. Always remember to use the correct size of stove plate which corresponds to the size of the pan.
