It has a stainless steel induction base, 2 layered Whitford, a non-stock interior coating and a PTFE exterior coating. It comes with an aluminium construction that will ensure even heat distribution. This grill pan is dishwasher safe.
Heat sources: Gas, solid plate, ceramic and halogen aswell as induction.
