Made from heavy duty hand-cast aluminium with brass handles, you know this AMT 28cm Non-Stick Paella Pan is durable and will offer quality cooking. It comes with a non-stick coating that is 100% PFOA free and will also help to keep your pan hygienically clean. The bottom is 0.8cm thick that will provide great thermal conductivity and heat retention. This paella pan is compatible with all hobs, but not induction. Oven safe up to 240°C.

Care Instructions

Take care of your pan with these tips:

  • Before you start using your pan for the first time, wash with mild detergent and warm water.
  • This pan is dishwasher safe, but to extend its lifespan, hand washing is recommended with a mild detergent and a cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
  • After you've dried the pan, use a paper towel to wipe the interior with a thin layer of cooking oil.
  • Avoid using cold-pressed oils (olive oil), diet fats and diet margarine.
