Fry up your culinary delights with the AMT 20cm Tossing pan, this heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium pan has a non-stick coating that is heat resistant up to 240 °C. The removable handle is heat resistant up to 150 °C. You can be assured the coating is PFOA free and has the added addition that the pan spreads heat evenly and retains it for the best cooking experience.
All AMT pots and pans are layered with Lotan® coating which makes the pots and pans more hygienic and easier to clean due to their antibacterial properties.
For longer use and to maintain the non-stick surface of the pan use non-scratch utensils only. Additionally, before using the pan clean the pan with warm water and a mild detergent. When you are done cooking and cleaning the pan, dry the pan thoroughly wipe the interior lightly with sunflower oil, and remove any excess oil with a dry paper towel before storing the pan.
This AMT 20cm Tossing Pan is dishwasher safe, however, please note that the bottom will turn black in the dishwasher as it is aluminium. This, however, has no influence on the cooking results but please use kitchen paper towels (not cloth) to dry the base as it will leave a black stain on the cloth.
