You can easily chop onions and other vegetables with this OXO Good Grips Chopper. It has stainless steel blades, and there is a removable blade cartridge for easy clean-up. There is a soft knob, that will rotate the blade for easy chopping, and there is an internal soft bumper that will absorb shock.
This dishwasher-safe chopper has an enclosed cup, that can be used for chopping, or you can chop directly on a cutting board.
