Steam Technology

With the Steam100, you can set up to 5 steam functions, in addition to the sous vide cooking function. There is continuous steaming that requires a constant level of humidity throughout the preparation which can be set between 20% and 100%.

Cooking Functions

There are various cooking functions you can choose from. Here are just a few:

ECO - This is a low energy consumption cooking function. It's recommended to put your meals in the oven without preheating the cooking compartment.
Turbo - Heat comes from 3 different directions. Ideal for large volumes of food to be cooked or food that requires intense cooking.
Steam - A natural way of cooking. Ideal for cooking without fat, but still heats up the food without drying it out.
Sous vide - This steam function is ideal for cooking sous vide (vacuum cooking) dishes. Heat will efficiently be transferred from the steam to the food without losing its flavour. 
BBQ - Recreating succulent and crispy dishes.
Air-fry - Recreating the traditional way of frying food in the oven. Quick cooking.
