• Large fan grill: Intense heat coming from a double heating element above to allow grilling for thick meats. Fan is active. Ideal for cooking large cuts of meat.
• Large grill: Intense heat coming from a double heating element above for grilling and gratinating results. Fan is not active. To be used when looking to brown dishes.
• Rotisserie:  Works in combination with the grill element to give that perfect browning result.
• Static: Fan is not active. Ideal for cooking one dish at a time, as the heat only comes from above and below.
• Fan assisted: Fan is active. Combines top and bottom heating elements to ensure faster cooking and to keep the moisture inside. Perfect for baked pasta, roasts, cobblers and biscuits.
• Fan assisted base: Mixture of the fan and lower heating element to finish cooking foods that are already cooked on the surface, but not internally more quickly.
