EverClean Enamel With Vapour Clean

The Smeg 70cm Classica Built-In Oven has a patented, special antacid lining that is resistant to chipping and assists in keeping the interior of the 60cm oven clean, by considerably reducing the build-up of cooking residue and grease.
Vapour Clean function uses steam to help lift deposits in oven, for easy cleaning.

Various Cooking Functions

This 70cm built-in oven has ten cooking functions so you can cook a wide variety of meals. The functions include:

• Static cooking - for cooking one dish at a time as the heat comes from the top and bottom only
• Fan-assisted cooking - ideal for fast cooking with homogenous results as it combines the fan with heat from below and above
• Circulaire - heat comes from the back of the oven and it is distributed using the fan, making it ideal for cooking on multiple levels with mixing smells or flavours
• Turbo - the fan creates heat from three directions to ensure fast cooking of a large number of dishes on various shelves without mixing flavours
• Eco – combines grill, fan, and lower element for particular cooking of small quantities of food
• Grill - uses the double heating element from above for intense heating
• Fan with grill element –  combines the double heating element with fan, therefore it is ideal for cooking large cuts of meat
• Fan-assisted base - the lower element is combined with the fan to allow you to finish off food is already cooked on the surface
• Base - heat comes from the bottom only, making it ideal for food that requires extra base heat, without further browning
• Pizza - this function is ideal for cooking pizza in a pan, as you can obtain a soft interior and a crispy exterior.
