The Smeg 60cm Stainless Steel Gas / Electric Cooker consists of a four-burner gas hob, with heavy-duty cast iron pan supports, and there is a 70L electric oven, with a triple glass door and halogen light. 

All your foods can be cooked evenly in the oven, thanks to thermo-ventilation. The Thermo-ventilated fan ensures even heat distribution within the oven.

Various Cooking Functions

With a 70L oven that has six cooking functions, you can cook foods in a wide variety of ways on this Smeg Gas / Electric Cooker. The functions include:

• Static cooking - for cooking one dish at a time as the heat comes from the top and bottom only
• Eco – combines grill, fan and lower element for particular cooking of small quantities of food
• Grill - uses the double heating element for intense heating
• Fan with grill element –  combines the double heating element with fan, that is ideal for cooking large cuts of meat
• Low element - heat comes from the bottom only, making it ideal for food that requires extra base heat, without further browning
• Fan with lower element– combines the fan with the bottom element to cook foods that are ready on the surface, but require more cooking inside, without further browning.
